Paid passenger transport is arranged with licensed green-plate commercial vehicles in Japan, with vehicle type, pickup scope, and operating boundary confirmed before acceptance.
- Driver qualification check
Before confirmation, the operating partner and assigned driver qualification, including second-class license scope, are checked and written into the confirmed operating boundary.
- Passenger insurance check
Commercial passenger insurance is checked against the confirmed vehicle, operator, and service date without publishing unverified coverage amounts or credential numbers.
- Flight monitoring
Airport pickups record the flight number before travel and adjust pickup rhythm around delay information; extra waiting rules are stated upfront.
- Overtime rules
The confirmation states the agreed operating day, overtime calculation, late-night conditions, and cross-region terms so price changes are not explained for the first time on the day.
- Emergency contact chain
Confirmed travel days include a 24-hour emergency contact chain covering the driver, operating contact, and WAKO coordination contact.
